Responsible for the review, approval, and oversight of homeowner’s architectural and landscaping projects
Communications Committee
Responsible for communicating with the community through bulletin boards and signage, the community website, reviewing e-blasts, and creating the MGE newsletter. This team works with the property management company to ensure all necessary information is shared with the community.
Responsible for working to improve safety in the community
Responsible for planning neighborhood events to encourage community engagement and inclusion. Also responsible for decorating the neighborhood to make our community feel welcoming and festive throughout various times of the year.
Finance Committee
Supports the Treasurer in review and development of financial plans and documents.
Responsible for monitoring the common area grounds and landscaping (including trees, grass, and shrubbery) and providing suggestions to ensure our neighborhood is always looking its best.
Project Teams
Teams supporting short term projects that allow homeowners with limited time to participate in committee activities. Topics are discussed at Board meetings and/or through community communications.
