The architectural review committee cares for the appearance of our community, consistent with our governing documents (for example, the CCR's and Design Guidelines and Association Rules documents). 

Committee members have professional experience in color and technical aspects of paint.  They developed a palette consistent with the design harmony of the community and invited community input for the final selections in September 2023.

NEW! The ARC Committee has developed a paint palette based upon Sherwin Williams colors, that is similar to the Dunn Edwards 2023 palette. It was approved by the Board in August 2025.  Homeowners may choose from either palette when submitting an architectural request.  See the quick links below
