Gate Entry Update Project
Project Goals:

Clean up the database with minimal disruption to homeowners. All Association vendors have unique codes that are used to verify presence on-property

Establish uniform standards for data entry to preserve accurate data

Ensure approvals and verifications are in place to preserve security features

Make it easy for homeowners and vendors to initiate accounts, use, and understand features

Develop policy statement or guidelines to ensure perpetual record accuracy

Timeline
February 1 - Febuary 12

All homeowner responses due to property management company. Compilation of the information will begin immediately afterwards.

Letter mailed to homeowners providing updated gate entry information

Phase out of old and non-verified gate codes and remote clickers begins. All homeowners should validate clicker serial numbers; homeowners contact the property management company to reactivate if needed.
Ongoing Spring to Winter 2025
Homeowners should contact property management company to register clickers by serial number. If not already registered, please do so right away to avoid deactivation. NOTE - many clickers were not assigned to the correct homeowners historically.

The update project is complete. Homeowners are to contact the property management company for changes (include your lot number). Lot codes and clickers are to be deactivated when houses are sold; new owners to request new lot codes and activate serial numbers for clickers upon assuming ownership.
