Gate Entry Update Project
Project Goals:

Clean up the database with minimal disruption to homeowners. All Association vendors have unique codes that are used to verify presence on-property

Establish uniform standards for data entry to preserve accurate data

Ensure approvals and verifications are in place to preserve security features

Make it easy for homeowners and vendors to initiate accounts, use, and understand features

Develop policy statement or guidelines to ensure perpetual record accuracy

Additional communications (eblast, bulletin boards, community calendar). Questions to the property management company
February 14 2025
All homeowner responses due to property management company. Compilation of the information will begin immediately afterwards.
February 28 - March 10
Planned date for letter to homeowners providing updated gate entry information
